Jesus; Thank you for letting me live until this moment.
If I had died, I would have gone to hell. I repent of my sins; I'm sorry and I do not want to sin anymore. I renounce the devil and his works. I choose to be your child; and a citizen of heaven. I am coming to live with you. I'm coming home.
Jesus: I accept you as my savior. I truly thank you for shedding your blood for my sins and for rising from the dead that I, may too, have victory over the grave. I will love and serve you from now on. Amen
If you sincerely prayed then believe God did his part and you can confess out loud " I am saved."
